Product Introduction:
It is used for the cultivation of anaerobes.
Preparation Method:
: Weigh 59g of this product, heat and boil in 1L distilled water or deionized water until completely dissolved, then pack separately, if necessary, add 1 0.5mg heme chloride solution and 1 0.1mg vitamin K1 solution per 100ml medium, autoclave at 115℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, and set back.
