Product Introduction:
It is used for anaerobic culture.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 56.7g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, then pack, autoclave at 115℃ for 15 minutes, shake immediately after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling in the bottom of the vessel and coagulating, add 1 heme chloride solution and 1 vitamin K1 solution into every 100ml medium, pour into a plate and set it for later use.

Sodium thioglycolate: 0.3g
L-cysteine hydrochloride: 0.3g
pH: 7.3±0.1, 25℃
