Product Description:
Yeast wall breaking enzyme is a mixture of snail enzyme, cellulase and other enzymes, which is mainly used for the treatment of yeast cell wall.
This product is 50% glycerin solution. Generally, 1-5 ml yeast culture (no more than 5×107 cells) is collected after centrifugation, adding 25μL yeast wall breaking enzyme, 470μL sorbitol buffer, and then adding 5μL β-mercaptoethanol, and it can be treated at 30℃for 1-2 hours (if it is combined with glass bead crushing method, the effect will be better, especially for extracting nucleic acids with very little content such as plasmids).
