Product Introduction:
For the selective isolation of Listeria, 2.5g phenylethanol and 200mg cycloacetylimide or 30mg fodaxin should be added to the medium per liter.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 45.5 grams of this product, boil and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, add 2.5g phenylethanol to each liter of medium, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 50℃, add 200mg cycloacetylimide or 30mg fordaxin in a sterile environment, and set back.
