Mag OH series magnetic microspheres are specially designed for nucleic acid extraction and purification, with a large number of silanol groups (hydroxyl groups) modified on the surface, which can bind the nucleic acid in solution through hydrophobic, hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction under high salt and low pH conditions, without binding with other impurities (such as proteins), and quickly separate nucleic acid from biological samples. The operation is safe and simple, which is very conducive to the automatic and high-throughput extraction of nucleic acids.
Magrose OH was a magnetic agarose microsphere modified with hydroxyl group. Compared with traditional magnetic beads, Magrose OH has faster magnetic response in solution, while maintaining good dispersion, extremely low non-specific adsorption and more abundant binding sites, and can be modified into epoxy, carboxyl, amino and other groups under the action of special chemical reagents. Bioligands such as peptides, proteins and oligonucleotides can be covalently coupled to the surface of microspheres, which is an important carrier tool in medical and molecular biology research.

Product performance

Precautions
1. Magnetic beads are stored in 20% ethanol, freezing, drying and centrifugation will cause the agglomeration of magnetic beads, which is not easy to be re-suspended and dispersed, and affect the chemical activity of functional groups on the surface of magnetic beads.
2. Before using this product, be sure to fully oscillate or ultrasonic to keep the magnetic beads in uniform suspension.
3. This product should be used with magnetic separation equipment.
