Product Introduction:
Pan's test, also known as Pandy's test, refers to the determination of proteins in the cerebrospinal fluid, also known as the globulin qualitative test. The reason for this is that the cerebrospinal fluid has different degrees of increase in proteins when lesions are present, most of them being an increase in globulin, which is denatured by phenol in the Pan's test, and appears to be positive as a result of the precipitation.
Penn's Experimental Solution (5%) has a wide range of applications and can be used with Basic Magenta Solution for antacid staining, as well as for flagellar or other bacterial staining, among other things.
