Administrator您好,染色后都是立即进行荧光检测的,荧光标记会有淬灭性,淬灭速度与环境光源强度有关,如果没办法立即检测尽量做避光保存或者制片时加抗荧光衰减封片剂尽可能减缓淬灭速度。
