Marking material:
1, fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) isomer I, from sigma, MW:389.4, The excitation wavelength was 493nm and the emission wavelength was 550nm.
2, Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), imported and packaged, MW: ~ 68000, purity 98%.
3, labeling buffer: 0.5M pH9.5CB (carbonate buffer), eluent: 0.01M pH7.2PBS.

direct labeling method: RT 2.5-3.0hs, after centrifugation, the column was washed by Sephadex G-50, 0.01M pH7.2 PBS.
Quality analysis:
