This product is a sterile, low-endotoxin level density gradient isolation solution for the isolation of human peripheral blood lymphocytes. The separation principle is based on the difference in blood cell density (erythrocyte and granulocyte density is about 1.090 g/mL; The density of lymphocytes and monocytes was 1.075~1.090 g/mL. Platelet is 1.030~1.035 g/mL), through centrifugation to make a certain density of cells according to the corresponding density gradient distribution, so as to separate lymphocytes from human peripheral blood or umbilical cord blood.
