This product is a sterile, low-endotoxin level density gradient isolation solution for the isolation of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Mononuclear cells (PBMC) in peripheral blood include lymphocytes and monocytes, whose volume, shape and density are different from other cells. The density of red blood cells and granulocytes is relatively high, about 1.090 g/mL, the density of lymphocytes and monocytes is 1.075~1.090 g/mL, and the density of platelets is 1.030~1.035 g/mL. To this end, a solution with a density between 1.075 and 1.092, which is close to isotonic, is used for density gradient centrifugation, so that cells with a certain density are distributed according to the corresponding density gradient, so as to separate various blood cells.
