Storage:Store at 2-8℃,6 months
Determination of Significance:
Myrosinic acid, also known as 4-hydroxy -3,5-dimethoxy cinnamic acid, yellowish powder, irritating, usually harmless to water, and acids, food chemicals stored separately. Myrosinic acid is widely existed in plants. It is found in fruits, vegetables, grains, oil crops, some spices and medicinal plants. Sinapic acid and its derivatives are potent antioxidants with extensive biological activities.
Measurement Principle:
Sinapic acid has an absorption peak at 360 nm and can be determined by High-performance liquid chromatography.
