Product Introduction:
Amino black 10B can be used to detect the protein on the imprinted membrane. When the transferred protein is more than 50ng/band, it can show dark blue band on the light blue background. When determining the internal sequence, amino black is the most commonly used staining agent for protein sequencing and in-situ cleavage.
Amino Black 10B Dye Rinse Solution is mainly composed of alcohol, weak acid, deionized water and so on. It is suitable for rinsing after dyeing of Amino Black 10B Stain Solution. Its advantages are rapid decolorization and clear background.
