是一种具有抗癌活性的化合物。据文献报道，对肝癌、食管癌、喉癌、肺癌、宫颈癌等细胞株的形态或增殖有破坏或抑制作用。可使癌细胞骨架破坏（微丝、微管），影响癌细胞超微结构，导致线粒体、微绒毛及质膜损伤等。能抑制癌细胞DNA合成，但对正常骨髓细胞不抑制，并能升高白细胞。
