TAE is the most widely used buffer, this product 50× TAE buffer (powder) is a premixed powder, good solubility, easy to use. Can be quickly formulated into a 50 x TAE storage solution containing 2M TriIS-acetic, 50mM EDTA. Then dilute 50 times to form 1 x TAE buffer.
Usage:
1. Each bag of powder can be prepared into 1000ml of 50×TAE buffer.
2. Deionized water or double steaming water is used as solvent when preparing.
3. Take out all the powder in the bag and dissolve it in 800ml deionized water or distilled water, and the volume is fixed to 1000ml, that is, 50× TAE buffer storage solution, and store it at room temperature for later use.
4. Before the experiment, dilute it 50 times with deionized water or distilled water to form 1×TAE buffer.
