Product Introduction:
The spore is highly refractive, has a dense outer membrane, has low permeability, and is difficult to stain and decolorize. When dyeing under heat condition, the dye could enter not only the thallus but also the spore. The dye entering the thallus could be decolorized by alcohol, while the dye on the spore is still retained. After counterstaining with the counterdye, the thallus and the spore showed different colors.
In this kit, use the cold staining method to stain the spores, which is safer and easier to operate than the hot staining method. After staining, the spores are green, and the thallus is red. The color is clear and the contrast is obvious, which is easy to observe.
