Description:
Bacitracin is a polypeptide antibiotic produced by Bacillus licheniformis, which has a strong antibacterial effect on most gram-positive bacteria, especially drug-resistant staphylococcus.
Physical shape:
White to light yellow powder; As long as it becomes grayish yellow, it is easy to deliquescence; The melting point is 113.5℃.
Solubility:
Soluble in water (50 mg/mL), soluble in ethanol, insoluble in acetone, trichloromethane or ether
