This kit can quickly digest tissue samples to obtain genomic DNA without mechanical fragmentation, organic extraction, column purification and DNA precipitation, and the genomic DNA extraction process only takes about 20 minutes. This kit is suitable for genotyping of mice, high-throughput PCR screening of large-scale biological samples, transgene screening, knockout analysis and sequencing. The PCR Master Mix provided in this kit contains 2X Taq DNA Polymerase, 2X PCR Buffer, 2X dNTP and 2X sample buffer. PCR amplification can be performed only by adding an appropriate amount of primers, templates and water, which greatly simplifies PCR operation. Possible contamination during PCR operation is reduced. After PCR is completed, sample electrophoresis can be performed directly without adding sample buffer. When using this kit for PCR detection, only a very small number of samples can be amplified and analyzed for the target gene.
