Product Introduction:
This product affects the synthesis of DNA by inhibiting DNA rotase, which is effective in both the replication and quiescent phases of bacteria, and can kill bacteria in cells, damage the cell membrane of bacteria, and cause the loss of cell contents leading to the death of bacteria. The double bactericidal effect shows the high efficiency and broad spectrum antibacterial effect of ciprofloxacin. This product is highly sensitive to gram-negative bacteria, and gram-positive bacteria are less sensitive to this drug. The antibacterial activity of this product is the strongest among quinolones. The bacteria highly sensitive to this product are: Escherichia coli, dysentery bacillus, Proteus, Klebsiella, Salmonella, Aerogenes, Enterobacter cloacae, influenza bacillus, gonococcus, Staphylococcus aureus, Legionella brevibacterium and so on. The more sensitive bacteria of this product are: Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pseudomonas aeruginosa), Pseudomonas, acinetobacter, hemolytic streptococcus, pneumococcus, mycoplasma, chlamydia and so on. The lowest inhibitory concentration (MIC90) of this product is 0.008-2μg/ml, which is significantly better than other similar drugs and cephalosporins, aminoglycoside antibiotics, and is often effective against β-lactam resistant or gentamicin-resistant bacteria. Most anaerobic bacteria are not sensitive to this product.

溶解性:
Soluble in DMSO (<1 mg/ml at 25 ℃), methanol, 0.1N hydrochloric acid (25 mg/ml), and ethanol (<1 mg/ml at 25 ℃). Insoluble in water.
