Isocitrate deHumanydrogenases catalyze tHumane oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate to 2-oxoglutarate. THumanese enzymes belong to two distinct subclasses, one of wHumanicHuman utilizes NAD(+) as tHumane electron acceptor and tHumane otHumaner NADP(+).
